Join Sociocracy for All’s Jerry Koch-Gonzalez for a brief introduction to Sociocracy to learn how dynamic governance can help your community.
Every community has to decide (and redecide) how to govern itself. Yet, coming together in the form of meetings can be daunting and time-consuming. Imagine a new way for a group to govern itself, where you actually look forward to the meeting – having encounters that don’t dwell on problems, but instead find solutions, leaving time and creating space for other important aspects of collective living: connection amongst members, feedback, sharing what is happening in each other’s lives.
During this session, we will briefly explore the three choices every group needs to make and why communities fail to feel like community. We will discuss what Sociocracy means and why you might want it as your governance structure as you get a sample of Sociocracy’s core elements.
Join us for this 30-minute webinar to learn how Sociocracy can help your community govern itself, as well as get a taste for our upcoming 7-week course, Sociocracy for Communities, starting Monday, April 8.

He is a consultant and certified trainer in both Dynamic Governance/Sociocracy and Compassionate Communication (NVC), focusing on egalitarian governance, decision-making, communication skills, and conflict resolution/Restorative Circles.
