Welcome to Vista Palmas – A Spiritual, Family-Oriented Coliving Sanctuary in Puerto Rico Nestled on the verdant hillsides of eastern Puerto Rico with sweeping views of the ocean, Vista Palmas is a conscious, intentional coliving community rooted in spiritual growth, parenting, and shared abundance. We are creating a haven for those who live with purpose-entrepreneurs, healers, educators, and seekers who honor the Earth, honor children, and honor the inner journey. Our Origin & Core Members: Vista Palmas began with me-Nate-and my two amazing sons, ages 16 and 11. We’re a tight-knit homeschooling trio of adventurers, entrepreneurs, and investors. We love being outdoors-hiking, swimming, exploring-as much as we enjoy geeking out indoors with anime (Demon Slayer, Arcane), D&D/board and card strategy games, or a Godzilla movie night. At our core, we value connection, honesty, play, and personal transformation. Our family is the nucleus of this living experiment in community. The Property: The compound features 8 bedrooms, 3 kitchens, and a lush, terraced layout that blends privacy with community. There are two main spaces available: The first floor House Unit: A self-contained 2-bedroom, 1-kitchen apartment with a private living area-ideal for singles, couples, or a small family. Main House Room: A large bedroom room available in the communal home, perfect for the right individual who’s aligned with our mission. The shared grounds include a large pool, indoor gym, a half basketball court (to be transformed into a sacred yoga/ceremony space), an indoor atrium temple with a fireplace, crystals, altar, and space for meditation or breathwork. We’re cultivating the land with avocado and breadfruit trees, and planning a community garden and chickens in 2026. We’re installing solar panels and redundant power for long-term sustainability. Everything is being built with intention. The Vision Vista Palmas is a place to raise conscious children, deepen spiritual practices, share meals, hold ceremony, and co-create an elevated way of living. We’re inspired by indigenous wisdom, plant medicine, trauma-informed healing, and radical personal responsibility. We are not a rigid or dogmatic group. This is not a cult-it’s a container for sovereignty, integrity, play, and mutual upliftment. If you’re here to contribute, grow, and vibe with fellow creators, you’ll feel at home. Daily Living & Community Perks Private Chef:Weekday meals provided for all residents (M-F). Delicious, clean, nourishing food. SUVs to Share: Two vehicles available for local errands, airport runs, and adventures. Movie & Game Nights: Themed fun for adults and kids alike. Quiet Hours & Respectful Boundaries: Space to retreat, work, and rest as needed. Spiritual Containers: Breathwork, plant medicine, meditation, ecstatic dance, and more-optional, not required, but always sacred. Who We’re Looking For We’re seeking singles, couples, or parents with older kids (ages 10+) who align with our values.
