I am looking for unique individuals that would like to drop the reigns of Capitalism and purchase some land together. We can create a business or venture to generate some income and share in that income making our community better and better as we go. The needs of the community would be the real driver of what we create. We can work for ourselves. Create sustainable energy, learn survival techniques, forage together, live together, work together, grow food together, teach together, and enhance our lives. Each person is unique and can bring something unique to the table. ND, queer, nerds, science lovers, Gardener’s, cooks, and people of all paths of love and positive community are welcome. I envision this community somewhere in the SouthEast Idaho area.
Through socialistic values, compassion, new and old sciences, we will build and share a community that will enhance all of our lives while being a unique learning experience to us all.
Members should be able to contribute. However that may look. A disabled person once told me that he couldn’t contribute, but he failed to see his strength as a teacher and a story teller with alot of life experiences. How you can show up will look different from how most probably show up. Diversity can be a strength when unified. Ideally, be debt free and able to help start something great.
Everyone must agree before moving forward.
Members contribute a percentage of income to community funds.
