Redding Gardens Cooperative is the only housing cooperative in the Redding area and one of only a few in all of Northern California. Redding Gardens has 120 units ranging from one-bedroom to two-bedroom. Our one-bedroom units are 630 square feet, and the two-bedroom units approximately 857 square feet. Two-bedroom units also include a walk-in closet and kitchen pantry. Cooperative housing is different from your traditional housing complexes. Residents are partial owners of the complex and take great pride in their homes, because it is their own. We welcome applicants of from walks of life. All ages and walks of life are represented-single parents, couples, singles and families with children. Redding Gardens has 118 units: one and two-bedroom units. Members are welcome to use the common areas: the pool, community room, BBQ picnic area and laundry rooms.

Primary authority rests with the community’s founder(s) or designated leader(s).
Members maintain separate personal finances with minimal sharing.
Garden(s), Swimming pond or pool, Swingsets & play areas, Common Room can be scheduled with office for members.
Within city limits with access to urban amenities and infrastructure.
