We aree a group of individuals and couples seeking to establish the first cohousing commuity in Delaware. We are planning a joyful, intentional community that values knowing and helping one another. Our community will thrive by caring for our neighbors while respecting privacy and celebrating together our shared values. We collaboratively participate in shared responsibilities and activities: Foster mutual respect and trust Decision-making using open communication and consensus Our community life fosters connection, inclusion, learning, and living lighter on the land.
