We live on 4 acres in Washington Co. near Jonesborough TN within a 2 bedroom,2 bath personal home(West Wing) that has an attached/seperate fully functional 3 bedroom, 1 bath house (East Wing) with its own kitchen and laundry available for rent. Rental also has private back porch & patio. No common doorway between both homes. They both have separate entrances with a shared front porch, yard, and garden space as well as a common driveway. The homes are separated by a double~wall and both have separate side yards as well as parking areas. Rental house has modern appliances, hvac mini-split units , with a nostalgic working wood stove for added heat and cooking capabilities. Rental home has great view of wooded area with lots of privacy, peaceful setting, and forest animals passing by.
