Boulder County LGBTQ-Affirming Intentional Community

Each month, this Cohousing Association of the US event begins with a 30 minute cohousing 101 presentation which you can view on youtube here. We then break into small groups based on topics and regions so you have a chance to connect with fellow dreamers and ask questions of cohousing experts. Small groups are different each time, which is why it’s fun to come back each month! We even offer repeat attendees the option to skip the presentation and go straight into breakouts. We are a retired couple who are downsizing, still living within the community. We are selling our large, flexible, comfortably rustic house, perfect for a multigenerational household, a family with kids or for 2 separate households. It’s 3000 square feet on 3 levels. The house is on a slope, with 2 main entrances. At one time it housed a large blended family.
