What we do

Self described Venture Socialist seeking People Interested In Building a Home on their Own Lot in a Eco Affordable Subdivision. This is a Social Benefit Project which Seeks to Provide Affordable Accessible Home Ownership. As the Project Founder (Developer), I am prepared to take only a Small Development Fee. I am seeking Assistance from like minded individuals as Co Developers ie Builders, Planners, Government Grant Experts, Web Designers, Surveyors, Road and Utility Contractors and Social Media Influencers. The Land sits on a Bench overlooking the Northern Desert Village of Cache Creek, British Columbia. Cache Creek is located 4 hours North of Vancouver. The Property is Spilt Zoned allowing for both Small Lots and Farming Activities. The Farm land will Community Owned. Services required will dictate the Lot Price. The more DYI Infrastructure activities Community Members Engage in the Lower the Lot Costs for those Individuals and All Members. There is Water Available at the Lot Line which needs to be brought up the Hill and Stored. This will provide Gravity flow water pressure to the homes. Eco Friendly Attributes Include: Solar Power Earth Tube cooling Passive Solar Design Grey Water Recapture Breezeways for 3 Season Out Door Activities. At Present, there are Three Cost Effective Home Designs Contemplated 1 1/2 Story Stick Built, Straw Bale, and S.I.Panels. Earth Ship, Cob and other Non Conventional Designs are Welcome Subject to Local and Provincial Regulations. As Cache Creek is a Hot Rod Town, a Community Shop is planned, where Members can work on their Vehicles, Assist Each Other and Socialize. This Project is at Ground Zero and I am looking for Like Minded Persons to Assist in Making Eco Affordable Housing Ownership a Reality in the Province of British Columbia.
