What we do

We have a beautiful house with great views of the mountains and of Santa Fe, yet in bike riding distance to downtown. We live near a bike path and we have 3 acres, ready for food to be grown and orchards to be planted. We support craft, art and music. We have bedrooms but also alternative ways to live here, like a yurt or an RV. This is a safe environment, meaning we want to be able to let our guard down with each other. We employ non-violent communication. We also have a large piece of land in the wilderness. We are building a workshop and a large yoga, dance, event space. This is a place for people whose focus is on the real world, on what’s around. So if the screen is central to your lifestyle, this may not be a good fit. References are required. Rooms and lodging are lower than market value and work trades can be possible. We have a well and we are almost off grid. Please email us at mailman-artfarms@braxmail.net with a brief description of yourself and your contact information. Thank you
