How do I introduce sociocracy to my community? How do we go about adopting sociocracy? How do we do sociocracy effectively  and not just half way?

Sociocracy for All’s Jerry Koch-Gonzalez, your instructor, will guide you through step-by-step strategies for sharing and implementing sociocracy in existing and forming communities. This class assumes a basic understanding of sociocracy.

In this class you’ll learn about:

  • step-by-step strategies for existing and forming communities
  • legal implications and sociocracy

This class is suitable for people looking to start/build a community, and people already living in community.
