We are a couple in Philly looking for 2-6 folks to start a community with us. Since we’re still just dreaming on this house at the moment, this is great opportunity for you to join us in expanding / refining / building this community. We hope you’ll be interested in co-creating with us! Here are some things we’re dreaming on for the community: * All members belong and can show up as the fullest version of themselves * Open communication and consensus-based decision making * Monthly house meetings * Weekly shared meals * Mutual support, collective growth, self-care * Active participation to make the house a nice place for all to live * Chatting in the living room in the evenings and cozy house events — game nights, art making, sports watching, themed dinners, or anything else you dream up * We’ll get to know our neighbors and help the community * Diverse and intergenerational house with children * Clean and organized shared spaces * Transit accessible, walkable, bikeable location
