I went through a self run sober living and thought the model had some mileage with ‘regular’ people. I think it has the possibility to introduce community in a practical and affordable way.

The goal is to loose leadership and have autonomy. I’ll set up houses and train other’s to set up new houses with intention of servant leadership and quick autonomy.

The one hour of time is specifically for the house meeting and weekly chores. Everything else is voluntary.
