Boulder citizens have gotten the Wonderland Hill Development Corporation to rethink its plans for the Washington Village site. After a successful petition drive, WHDC says they will go back to the drawing board and work with citizens to find an agreeable way to develop the site.
“Our intention to resubmit is in good faith in trying to realize a project that can benefit not only the co-housing residents and the neighborhood, but the city as a whole,” Barbieri said.
